Application and administrative fees
Fees already used to process a service may be non-refundable unless charged in error or required by law.
Programme withdrawal
Eligibility depends on withdrawal date, programme commencement, resources supplied and costs incurred. Programme-specific schedules must be shown before payment.
Cancellation
If ADR-SRI cancels a programme and cannot offer a suitable transfer, affected fees should be refunded under the approved finance process.
Duplicate payments
Verified duplicates or technical overcharges will be reviewed through the original payment route where practicable.
Installments
Installment approval does not reduce the contracted total. Missed installments may pause access after notice.
Approval required
ADR-SRI management must approve fee-specific refund windows before live payment activation.
